An amazing site that shows various predicted thermal strengths for different parts of the UK on a daily basis.

Another excellent resource includes sat images, charts and sig weather in colour

Halo charts
This is probably the best site we have. Brilliant once you know how to use them.

More detailed version of Halo. These two links are not from the same company who seem to be at war with each other. Politics!

Excellent site to check before a trip to Rhossili

Met Office Airmet
Charts are now available for free, just fill in the questions to subscribe, amongst the best we can get.

National Park Forecast
This is one of the best resources of flying weather info we can find in South Wales. Gives wind speeds at height.

sat24.com
Realtime satellite images and animations. This is one of the coolest sites we've found. Check it out during an Atlantic storm!

UK & Ireland wind charts
Another good site for animated wind charts but unlike theyr.net, this one is free.

One of the best rain radar sites we've found so far.

Weather Online
Another nice site we've just found. It can give local wind speed in the Beaufort scale which is more use to us than splitting hairs over 1-2mph.

Worms Head Hotel Rhossili
A new weather station on the roof of the hotel. This one gives data in real time. You should never have another wasted trip to this amazing site. Even if you do, you can always go into the Hotel; the food is great!
